If you have a top Samsung smartphone, you may have already heard about Good Lock and its various modules, which offer additional customization options. Given the power of the app and its various modules, one would expect Samsung to promote it heavily. Instead, Good Lock was only available for download through the Galaxy Store in select countries. Now, Samsung’s most powerful app is now available on the Play Store.

Samsung’s most powerful app is now available on the Play Store!

The app is available as an early access download through the Play Store in limited countries. So far, we’ve confirmed the availability of Good Lock through the Play Store in India and the UAE, although it should be available in some other regions as well. Given the early access listing, Samsung may expand availability to more regions in the coming weeks.

However, Samsung has not yet uploaded the Good Lock modules for download on the Play Store.

However, if you already use Good Lock, its launch on the Play Store should make it easier to update to newer versions. And in the future, when you switch to a new Galaxy smartphone, you can download the app directly from the Play Store instead of using the Galaxy Store.

I remember that Samsung recently released major updates for some of its Good Lock modules for devices with One UI 6.1. The latest Home Up build added the option to customize app icon size, access system-wide search with a swipe down, and more. An update to Theme Park was also released, which allows you to edit and replace themes, as well as notable speed improvements. Most importantly, the existing theme will automatically be applied to any newly installed applications.

With Good Lock now available on the Play Store, there’s one less reason to use the Galaxy Store.
