South Carolina women’s basketball has a typoff team in place for its Sweet 16 game against Indiana on Friday at MVP Arena in Albany, New York.
The No. 1 Gamecocks (34-0) have rolled through their first two rounds of the NCAA tournament, winning their first two games by an average of 50 points. They dominated No. 8 North Carolina on Sunday, with freshman guard MiLaysia Fulwiley scoring 20 points.
The No. 4 Hoosiers (26-5) narrowly escaped No. 5 Oklahoma in the second round of March Madness, outscoring the Sooners by nine points in the final quarter to advance to their third Sweet 16 in four seasons.
South Carolina and Indiana will tip off at 5 pm ET on Friday at MVP Arena. The game will be aired on ESPN.

South Carolina is the No. 1 overall seed for March Madness for the third year in a row and has advanced to its 10th consecutive Sweet 16.
The Gamecocks are in the Albany 1 Regional for the second weekend of the NCAA tournament and would travel to Cleveland if they reach the Final Four.
The winner between South Carolina and Indiana will face the winner of No. 2 Notre Dame and No. 3 Oregon State in the Elite Eight, with a spot in the Final Four on the line.
