Bloomberg Línea — O Ibovespa (IBOV) operated unstable at the opening of trading this Thursday (28). The main index of the Brazilian stock exchange rose 0.12% to 127,843.78 points, at around 10:41 am, Brasília time, with an eye on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the United States, in speeches by central bank directors who do not indicate cuts in interest rates soon and the rise in Petrobras shares (PETR4).

The dollar, in turn, was traded at R$4.99, up 0.10% at the same time.

In economic data, the government’s two main measures of U.S. activity — gross domestic product and consumer spending — posted solid advances late last year.
