PARTY MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE

The State Directorate of the Liberal Party – São Paulo (PL-SP), aiming to guarantee the effectiveness of pre-candidate affiliations for this year’s elections, alerts municipal presidents, political coordinators and their advisors, about the necessary and urgent procedures to be carried out with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE):
- CERTIFICATE OF PARTY MEMBERSHIP – After 24 hours of the pre-candidate’s affiliation, the person responsible must access the Filia system again to consult and download the Party Affiliation Certificate.
ATTENTION! In addition to being sent to the Electoral Court, a copy of the certificate must be kept, as a guarantee when registering the candidacy, for the entire ticket.

- Announcement of disaffiliation from the Electoral Court – The communication by petition with the Electoral Court, about the pre-candidate’s withdrawal from the party association he was in before joining the PL, must also be accompanied by the letter of withdrawal filed with the Municipal Executive and the Party Membership Certificate downloaded in the system TSE affiliate (Link above).
