Thundercats will get a film with the director of Godzilla vs Kong

Adaptation was announced in 2021, but could become the next project for director Adam Wingard, who wants to create a CGI animation

Wingard revealed that not only is the project alive, he recently spoke with screenwriter Simon Barrett (You’re next), which is preparing a new version of the adaptation’s story.

A more serious tone, but still for the whole family
