The wholesale market showed higher prices during Monday. Sales on the eve of the long holiday were interesting, requiring a good replacement between wholesale and retail.

The forequarter was priced at R$13.30 per kilo. The needle tip was priced at R$13.10 per kilo, an increase of R$0.15. The hind quarter was priced at R$17.50 per kilo, an increase of R$0.20.
