Jennifer Garner is in mourning. The American actress lost her father, William John, last weekend. The news was shared by the actress on social media, where she paid a heartfelt tribute to her father.
“My father died peacefully on Saturday afternoon. We were with him, singing ‘Amazing Grace’, when he left us (did we help him or scare him – valid question)” he began by writing, in a relaxed manner.
“Although I know there is no tragedy in the death of an 85-year-old man who lived a healthy and wonderful life, I know that grief is inevitable, waiting in unexpected corners.s”, he reinforced.
Afterwards, the actress was still grateful. “We are grateful for Dad’s gentle stance and quiet strength. For how he played with a sly smile and for the way he invented the role of a present and eternally patient father of girls. We are grateful for your work ethic, leadership and faith.”he stated.
Finally, the artist added: “There is so much to say about my dad – my sisters and I will never tire of talking about how amazing he was, so bear with us – but for today, I share these memories with my admiration for the loving man, father and grandfather and brilliant he was, as well as the beloved legacy he leaves“.
