Another suspect involved in the murder of a player is arrested by the Military Police

Pablo Rodrigo Farias de Sousa, 19, suspected of participating in the murder of player Thiago Tavares, 18, was arrested by the Military Police on Monday night, 1st.
The action by agents from the 2nd Battalion took place on Travessa Santa Inês, in the Santa Inês neighborhood.
“Frota”, as he is better known, already had an outstanding arrest warrant, and was spotted by one of the garrisons of the 2nd Battalion who had received information about the fugitive’s location.
Upon noticing the presence of the Military Police, he tried to flee into a wooded area, but was caught and arrested.
Pablo Rodrigo is one of the suspects involved in the murder of 18-year-old Santa Cruz do Acre player Thiago Tavares.
The crime took place last Sunday, 31, at Travessa Recreio.
The prisoner is considered a dangerous criminal and feared by the Santa Inês community, being considered one of the leaders of a criminal faction, he had already managed to escape from two Military Police garrisons.
With the execution of the arrest warrant, the Military Police continues to search for others involved in the crime, the fugitive was sent to the Flagrantes Police Station (DEFLA) for legal measures.
At DEFLA, Pablo Rodrigo was not charged with the football player’s murder, as he was no longer in the act. The case investigation continues at the Homicide Police headquarters.
