Those who tried to send messages using the computer version were unsuccessful. The same scenario occurred in the mobile version. The instability began around 2:50 p.m., according to the website Downdetectorspecialist in displaying problem platforms.

At around 3:20 pm, a peak of 120 thousand occurrences was recorded on the app. Of these cases, 65% are errors when sending messages, 29% are server connections and 9% are errors on the website.
