Joel Vasquez, 37 years old, was found dead with marks from beatings and blows from a knife, on Tuesday night (04/23)on Avenida Samaúma, in the Monte das Oliveiras neighborhood, in the North of Manaus.
According to preliminary information, the body was abandoned near the Emergency Care Service (SPA) Enfermeira Eliameme Rodrigues Mady, better known as SPA Galileia, at around 7pm.
The man was treated by a team from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), but due to his serious injuries, he did not survive. However, the victim also suffered broken legs.
There is no information about the motivation for the crime. Images from local security cameras will be analyzed to identify those involved in the murder.
