The third edition of the Children’s Judo Tournament is scheduled at the Viseu judo club. In total, the judokas brought 42 medals to the city of Viseu

42 athletes went from Viseu to Gouveia to compete in the third edition of the Children’s Judo Tournament. The judokas from the Viseu Academia de Judo, who were between 4 and 12 years old, achieved 42 medals in the competition.
In total, around 120 athletes were competing, representing clubs from Coimbra, Guarda and Gouveia. 14 athletes from the Viseense club won gold medals, there were also 19 silver and 9 bronze medals achieved.
Viseu Academia Judo was the most representative club and the one that achieved the most points throughout the tournament. The club and Viseense have already reacted to the results.
The Viseu Judo Academy writes in an official note that the “technical team was very satisfied with the performance of its athletes and the extraordinary support of the parents”. “The club continues to grow and so we intend to win the hearts of the people of Visiana to practice this noble sport”, he highlights.
