The sky of Brazil will be different this Tuesday (23), the date on which the phenomenon of “Pink Full Moon“.
However, it does not necessarily mean that the Moon will change color, but rather “confirm” the new full phase in the month of April.
PINK FULL MOON
The name “Pink Full Moon” was given by native peoples of the United States, since it is the time when flowers blossom after the end of the winter and beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere.
The name comes mainly from the plant mountain phloxnative to North America, which has a strong pink color.

It will be possible to observe the Pink Full Moon to the 5:35 p.m. (Brasília time), the time at which the satellite appears in the sky.
According to Inmet, the Moon will reach its peak around 8:58 pm, when it will be more possible to see the phenomenon of “Pink Full Moon“.

You don’t need any special equipment to see the Pink Full Moonas the phenomenon does not represent a change in the satellite’s behavior.
