One Accident with a travel bus left at least four people dead and more than 30 injured in Medina, in the Jequitinhonha Valley, in Minas Gerais. The vehicle with 54 people overturned on BR-116, in a place known as “death curve”. The authorities corrected the information this Sunday afternoon (28).

According to information from the Fire Department of thestatus, Four people died at the scene, three women and one man.

The bus left Caruaru, in Pernambuco, and was destined for São Paulo.

Rescue teams reported that the passengers who were rescued alive were taken to Santa Rita Hospital, in Medina; to the Vale do Jequitinhonha Hospital, in Itaobim; and to a health unit in Pedra Azul.

To the The cause of the accident has not yet been disclosed. The first information indicates that the driver lost control and hit a wall, falling onto the road.
