Isabelle Bittencourtdaughter of model Caroline Bittencourt, used social media last Sunday night (28) to mourn the five years since her mother died, victim of a boat accident in 2019.
“Another year has passed and I miss you only more. I just wish I could hug you again, hear your voice and laugh, oh how I miss hearing you laugh”, lamented Isabelle when sharing a photo she took with her mother.
“Since we can’t have you, I want to honor you and remember the wonderful woman you were and are to me and everyone who had the honor of living with you. You were so enlightened, strong, hardworking, happy, courageous and incredibly beautiful and huge heart, there will never be anything like it again. I will always make a point of honoring your story, mamis, I love you forever”, he declared.
Caroline Bittencourt died in April 2019 after suffering a boat accident in Ilhabela, on the coast of Sâo Paulo. The model sailed on a speedboat with the businessman Jorge Sestini during a storm, when winds threw her into the sea.
Caroline tried to swim to save herself, but was unable to do so and drowned. Jorge jumped into the sea to help the model, but was unable to reach her. He swam for hours until he was rescued by a sailor.
