Juror to death, man is murdered with knife blows in Exhibition Park | Wood zone

A fight at the Santa Rita de Ibitipoca Exhibition Park, in the Zona da Mata of Minas Gerais, ended with a man killed by blows from a knife, beatings and bottles. The homicide was recorded in the early hours of Monday (29).

According to information from the PM, the suspect is a 23-year-old transvestite. She and the victim, aged 29, had previously attacked each other and the suspect even made public death threats on social media. The motive for the fight was not disclosed.

A witness said that during Monday’s party he saw them meet and go towards the party’s bathrooms, where they began attacking each other: the suspect with a glass bottle and the young man who died with a pocket knife.

At one point, they fell to the ground and another person involved, aged 18, hit the boy in the head, who died.

When the victim was already passed out, the suspect stabbed her several times with a knife. The entire action was recorded on the site’s internal recording circuit, according to the police.

Still according to the PM, the transvestite was found injured and taken to the hospital, where she was admitted for observation, under police escort.

The other 18-year-old involved fled, but after searching he was found in an abandoned house. The knife used in the crime was found by members of the public and was collected and taken to the police station.
