Colin Czech, 29 years old, was arrested this Sunday (April 29) on charges of having killed another man in a convenience store parking lot in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States. After the crime, the killer was caught eating parts of the victim’s face, eyeballs and an ear.
Colin knocked the man to the ground and hit the victim’s head on the ground several times. Upon seeing the scene, a 7-Eleven store employee called the police.
About 45 minutes later, the man was seen at another location and police were again notified. At this new point, he was seen eating the victim’s face. Authorities found the victim lying on the ground “unresponsive and bleeding from the head.” The attacker, in turn, was taken to the University Medical Center because he was “losing consciousness”, according to the police.
At the medical institution, Colin claimed that he was homeless, that he had fought with a “mathemorph” and was hearing voices in his head. To the detectives, he confessed to having the man’s eyeball and ears with me.
This Wednesday (May 1), Colin appeared in court, but did not say anything. The public defender assisting him, however, requested that the client undergo a mental health evaluation. If he is found incompetent to face the charges, he will be sent to a psychiatric hospital.
