IS THERE AN F1 RACE TODAY?
Yes! Let’s go to the first stage (of three in the year) in the United States of America (USA for those close to us) in 2024. FORMULA 1 leaves for the Miami GP, more specifically at the Hard Rock Stadium Complex, a 5412 meter circuit, 19 curves, three good straights and good elevation changes. Miami debuted in the category in 2022, where we had Ferrari starting on the front row with Leclerc and Sainz, but in the race it was Max Verstappen. Last year (2023), another victory for Max, after starting in 9th position. Perez completed the one-two for Red Bull, with the podium being completed by Alonso.
This year, the third edition of the Miami GP in the category, the stage will be in the SPRINT RACE format for the first time. For compounds, Pirelli made the intermediate range available, with C2 (Hard/White), C3 (Medium/Yellow) and C4 (Red/Soft). The driver classification has Verstappen in the lead with 110 points and Sérgio Perez next with 85. Leclerc is in third place with 76 points, followed by Sainz with 69 and Norris with 58 completing the TOP5. Full rating here!
