More than 840 thousand people were affected by the rains in Rio Grande do Sul

While the capital of Rio Grande do Sul and nearby cities are still suffering from flooding, Arroio do Meio
in Vale do Taquari, is suffering from the disorder civil. Local authorities recorded looting of stores and markets and even a murder
while the population tries to get back on its feet.
