Campos Starts Scheduling for Urgent Update of the Single Registry!

In the heart of Campos, the Single Registry Management began, this Monday, an organized model of appointment-based services aimed at families whose data needs urgent updating. This occurs in a joint effort with the Social Assistance Reference Centers (CRAS) of Jóquei, Codin, Chatuba and Ururaí.

The initiative, which opened the doors to approximately 600 vacancies this week, began last Friday, and in record time, all vacancies were filled. This process is aimed at families that have changed crucial information such as income, family composition and contact details since the last registration update.

How was the First Day of Service?

The first day of the new scheduling system went smoothly, without queues and with high efficiency, ensuring that all pending issues related to the Single Registry were resolved. The resident of Parque Novo Eldorado, Fernanda Velasco, who used Codin’s CRAS service, reported a positive experience. “It was very quick and organized. I needed to update my daughter’s school and I was able to resolve that without any problems,” she commented.

What are the next steps?

To continue facilitating access to the service, the Municipal Department of Human and Social Development plans to publish new links for future appointments weekly through its official Instagram profile. In addition, several joint efforts are scheduled, which aim to cover other regions and other CRAS units, ensuring that no family is left without the necessary support.

Why is Updating So Important?

Updating registration is a requirement of the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight Against Hunger (MDS). It is an essential part of the 2024 Registration Qualification Action, an initiative that aims to ensure families remain in Federal Government support programs, such as Bolsa Família, avoiding dismissals due to outdated information.

In the long term, this measure seeks not only to maintain data accuracy, but also to expand and improve service, providing a direct and efficient channel for the community’s needs.
