The State Public Ministry (MPE) denounced Ins and Bruno Gemilaki, mother and son, for the homicides that claimed the lives of Pilso Pereira da Cruz, 69 years old, and Rui Luiz Bogo, 81, in Peixoto de Azevedo, on April 21 . The prosecutor who signed the piece, Alvaro Padilha de Oliveira, also accused Edson Gonalves Rodrigues, who helped escape the scene of the crime, and asked that the three be kept in prison. On the day of the crime, Ins and Bruno invaded the private home of Erneci Afonso Lavall, the target of the duo, located on Rua Thiago Magalhes Nunes, nº 1403, Alvorada neighborhood. According to investigations, Lavall was targeted by mother and son for filing a debt collection against Ins, who rented and lived in that residence, but left a debt of R$59,000 and damaged the construction.

A party was taking place at the house when Ins and Bruno, with the help of Edson, invaded the place. In possession of a revolver, Ins shot and killed Pilson and Rui Luiz, by mistake. She wanted to kill Erneci Afonso, who survived. Father José Roberto Domingos was also hit by the shots, but did not die.

The residence’s security cameras captured the entire criminal action. In the images you can see the trio arriving and firing several shots. Bruno carried a 12 gauge shotgun while his mother carried a pistol. Edson was the “escape pilot” who helped the duo.

Given this, prosecutor Lvaro Padilha de Oliveira charged them with murder, with the qualification of a futile motive and a resource that made it difficult to defend the victims. In the complaint, signed on the 3rd, there is a request that Ins, Bruno and Edson be kept in preventive detention.

Furthermore, the prosecutor requested that they pay compensation to the families of each of the victims, as a way of repairing the damage caused by Pilso Pereira da Cruz, in R$1 million, Rui Luiz Bogo in R$700 thousand, and José Roberto Domingos and Erneci Afonso R$150 thousand.
