Nardoni is released and must serve his sentence in freedom for murdering his daughter – Country

Father of Isabella Nardoni, Alexandre Nardoni was released on the afternoon of this Monday (9) after court decision. According to the g1, Alexandre’s defense asked for progression to the open regime last month. He had been in prison since 2008 and, in 2019, he was placed in semi-open prison.

The Penitentiary Administration Secretariat stated that he left the prison at approximately 6:10 pm this Monday, but the management of Penitentiary II of Tremembéin São Paulo, complied with the release permit at 5:20 pm.

After leaving prison, Nardoni will live with his family in the capital of São Paulo. However, you must follow some rules, such as:

• stay at the designated address during rest and days off;
• stick to the agreed times to go to and from work;
• You cannot leave the city where you live without judicial authorization;
• when determined, he must appear in court, to inform and justify his activities.

He was sentenced to 30 years in prison for Isabella’s death.

The Public Ministry of São Paulo declared that it will appeal the sentence decision in freedom.

REMEMBER THE CASE

The Nardoni case shocked Brazil in 2008, the year in which Isabella was killed, according to the investigation, by her father, Alexandre Nardoni, and her stepmother, Anna Carolina Jatobá. The child was asphyxiated and thrown from the sixth floor window from the ex-couple’s apartment.

Years after Isabella’s departure, her mother managed to restructure her life, married Vinícius Francomano and, together, they are parents to the boy Miguel, aged 7, and Maria Fernanda, aged 4.

Already Alexandre Nardoni was serving his sentence at the Tremembé II Penitentiary, in São Paulo. Detained for 15 years, he had been in a semi-open regime since 2019.
