He also mentioned the type of yogurt he never takes home. These are flavored and have added sugar. “Still, that doesn’t mean that if you’re on holiday and have one of these options for breakfast at a hotel buffet, for example, you won’t eat it. However, I do not recommend it for regular consumption.”
