Claudisabel: Man who caused accident accused of negligent homicide

Singer died in the early hours of December 19 after a car collided with her vehicle, on the A2.

The driver involved in the accident that killed singer Claudisabel was formally accused of negligent homicide. The Setúbal District of the Department of Investigation and Criminal Action today formally charged the individual.

In addition to the crime of negligent homicide, the man also faces another charge of driving a vehicle while drunk. The man reportedly had a blood alcohol level considered a crime.

According to CNN, which had access to the Public Prosecutor’s Office’s indictment, the driver of the car that collided with the artist’s vehicle was traveling at 124 km/hour, with a blood alcohol level of 1.95.

It should be remembered that the singer died in the early hours of September 19th on the A2, near Alcácer do Sal after a vehicle collided with the singer’s car.

The death occurred after the car she was traveling in was thrown off the road, ending up approximately 40 meters from the crash site.
