The video that was shared by the actress on social media even sparked some humor: “Next stop Cirque du Soleil!”.

“Machine Pilates has been a wonderful discovery for my body awareness, to slow down and patiently understand the demands of each movement. Also excellent for increasing focus and coordination. Stretches body and mind. A new modality that I never want to leave of my routine. Here’s a tip”wrote Mariana Monteiro.
