Payton Talbott vs. Yanis Ghemmouri added to McGregor vs. Chandler Card

Conor McGregor vs. michael chandler The UFC 303 clash has another fight added to its card, with Payton Talbott facing Yanis Ghemmouri in a bantamweight showdown.

Talbott made his debut in 2021 after earning a UFC contract with Dana White Series of competitors. He won his first UFC fight, defeating Nick Aguirre via third-round submission in November 2023. His next fight was an even better performance, knocking out Cameron Saaiman in the second round to remain undefeated.

His opponent, Ghemmouri, is still looking for his first UFC victory. The 29-year-old lost in his UFC debut against William Gomis. But he can redeem himself on the biggest stage. It’s McGregor’s first fight since he lost to Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in 2021. The clash will take place at 170 pounds in what is expected to be a sellout.

The main supporting event will feature former UFC light heavyweight champion Jamahal Hill to fight Khalil Rountree Jr. Hill hopes to bounce back after his first round knockout loss to Alexandre Pereira at UFC 300. Rountree is no pushover, having won five in a row.
