Family accused of breaking into a house and killing two people presents alleged evidence of threats; photos and audio

Request for freedom on behalf of Bruno Gemilaki reports that his mother, Ines Gemilaki, had been suffering death, kidnapping and rape threats. Process indicates that on April 21, 2024, in the city of Peixoto de Azevedo, Ines, Bruno and a third person identified as Eder Gonalves, went to Polaco’s residence, and, due to gunshots, two people were killed. .

Ines was Polaco’s landlord for 1 year, until the commercial relationship between them ended. Enerci sought out the Judiciary in an attempt to recover amounts that he was supposedly entitled to.

The Judiciary then understood that there were no amounts to be paid, deeming the compensation claim unfounded. Despite the Judiciary’s declaration, Ernerci began to charge Ins for the amounts that he still considered owed. According to the defense, the demands intensified and began to be carried out by collectors, reaching the point of threats.

According to Bruno’s defense, on April 20, 2024, one day before the events, at the behest of Enerci, six men went to Ines Gemeliaki’s house to collect the amounts relating to the compensation rejected by the Judiciary.

According to the lawyer, Bruno knew about the constant threats that his mother had been suffering, and had even tried to explain to Polaco about the Judiciary’s ruling and the need to stop the threats.

‘All attempts were unsuccessful, as Enerci always emphasized that ‘he does it himself’, highlighting that he ‘thought it was good to pay’”, says an excerpt from the process.

“Threats were also spread via text messages, always with phrases promising kidnapping, death and rape, if the debt was not paid. The messages were sent and deleted at the same time”, adds the defense.

Despite the defense’s arguments, Bruno Gemilaki’s request for freedom was rejected.
