Furthermore, still fresh in the fans’ memory, is a gesture by Rúben Amorim towards a group of Sportinguistas, interpreted on social media as a confirmation by the Leonine coach that the Swedish international will continue to be part of the squad next season.

Remember that, this season, playing for Sporting, Viktor Gyokeres – valued at 55 million euros – has played 47 games (around 3,867 minutes), 41 goals and 14 assists. The striker has a contract with the Lions until June 2028 and a release clause of 100 million euros.
