UFLA students and graduates participate in the Volleyball Gold Cup

On the 4th and 5th of May, another edition of the Volleyball Gold Cup was held and the Vôlei Lavras Team, made up of student athletes and graduates from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), won third place. In the semifinal stage, teams from Minas Gerais and São Paulo participated.

Among the UFLA students and graduates who make up the team and participated in the achievement are: João Victor Pacheco (Control and Automation Engineering), Elilson Brito Filho (Postgraduate in Soil Science), Ulisses Melo (Mathematics graduate), Cristian Oliver (Law), Luiz Gustavo Camilo (Physical Education), Iagho Carvalho (Computer Science Graduate), Heitor Rodrigues (Mechanical Engineering), Túlio Lima (Control and Automation Engineering), Pedro Gustavo (Postgraduate in Veterinary Sciences) , the other athletes from outside UFLA: Alex Galdino, Samuel Belarmino, Gustavo Martins and Felipe de Paula. The team is led by the coach: Matheus Bauth.
