Mother-in-law vs daughter-in-law: understand the controversy between Endrick’s mother and girlfriend

Endrick’s name took over social media this Thursday (9). The Palmeiras player has been experiencing controversial days off the field since the feud between Gabrielly Miranda, the athlete’s girlfriend, and his mother Cíntia Ramos became explicit.

The climate was publicly exposed after the athlete’s participation in the program “Conversa com Bial”, shown on TV Globo. During the attraction, Endrick was asked about his desire to get married.

“As I told my father and mother, I want to be a new father, I want to see my son grow up, have affinity, but she’s the one who has to say yes or no, right?”, said the 17-year-old football player. Endrick’s mother, in turn, said that the two were too young to think about marriage.

“I think they are both too young to get married now, there is still a lot to do”, said Cíntia Ramos, who published a record on the program and cut the model out of the original photo. Douglas Ramos, the athlete’s father, however, kept his daughter-in-law in a post.

Asked about going to Europe, the model said: “Will it be? It’s still unknown. We’re still sorting things out.” The athlete should start his career at Real Madrid from July.

The situation created a climate and Gabrielly’s mother even used social media to send a hint to her daughter’s mother-in-law.

“Never allow anyone to dull your shine or rob you of the joy of living. Learn to ignore those who hurt you, overcome your difficulties, forget if necessary, but never give up on yourself. You were born to be a winner and nothing and no one can prevent it”, published Marly Miranda.

Troubled situation

According to information from the newspaper Extra, the mother is afraid of “losing control of the boy’s career.” The publication also reveals a contract between the couple and the idea was rejected by Cíntia.

In “PodDelas”, the Palmeiras player even shared the consequences and fines for those who do not comply with the rules of the contract.

“Whoever doesn’t comply with this, arrives at the end of the month, has to give what the other person wants. Like, I asked for an Apple headset and she gave it to me,” a source told Extra newspaper.

Relationship between Endrick and Gabrielly receives criticism

Internet users have criticized Gabrielly for having a relationship with an underage person. Endrick is 17 years old, while she is 21. Although the relationship is permitted and approved by their families, she always receives nasty comments about their relationship. They have been together since last year.

It is worth noting that dating is permitted by law according to article 217-A of the Brazilian Penal Code. Because the athlete is 17, he is allowed to have relationships with whoever he wishes. See the video below:
