‘Principal Role’ Summary: Paulo discovers that his grandmother is sick

Lúcia is rehearsing some poses for the photo shoot with the jewelry brand. Irene criticizes her and tries to denigrate her as much as she can. The conversation is interrupted by screams, coming from Marcelo’s office.

Inês accuses Marcelo of lying to her and not putting his name in the musical. Irene and Lúcia appear and want to know what’s going on. The girl gains courage and says that her colleague doesn’t value her and that he stole a script from her, with which she competed in the writing competition and ended up winning the prize. The screenwriter has no reaction and Irene looks at him, furious.

At the artists’ house, Aurora sees a magazine with Lúcia on the cover and is filled with anger. Daniela tells her friend that she promised she would stay away from everything and everyone and warns her that seeing those things only harms her recovery.

Paulo says that he went to his grandmother’s house and that Fernanda is not well. She ends up confessing that the seamstress has glaucoma. Paulo is furious and doesn’t understand how Lúcia was able to hide something so serious from him.
