Rita Caldeira was the winner of the program ‘Era Uma Vez na Quinta’, on SIC. The final gala took place this Wednesday, May 1st, and was a moment full of excitement.
At the end of the reality show, led by Andreia Rodrigues, Rita Caldeira and Goreti Neto competed for first place and it was the 29-year-old girl who came out on top. Rita Caldeira was elected farmer of the year with 85% of the votes and took home 25 thousand euros.
The farmer of the year reacted to the victory by appearing very happy. “I wasn’t expecting this at all. I’m super super happy. I’m so grateful to the universe. I’m super happy, I’m speechless, I’m super happy”said the young woman.
“I just have to thank you for your votes, for your trust. I’m glad you saw what I saw, which was maintaining values, principles, friendship, I found love. It was a complete experience for me”added Rita Caldeira who started a romance with former competitor Ricardo Amorim, 47 years old.
Finally, the winner shared her plans for the future. “Now I ask you to follow me on social media and I’m going to start doing this business that I promised in rural tourism and that’s it. I have no words, I’m the farmer of the year, I still can’t believe it. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart”concluded the young woman.
