Irene goes to her daughter, desperate, and tells her that Júlio destroyed her acting career and deceived her for a lifetime. Aurora ends up telling her mother that she already knows that she simulated suicide and a coma. The daughter also tells her that she knows that her father also deceived her, but he never lacked love. Irene warns her that she is going down the wrong path and that Júlio is manipulating her. Aurora asks her mother to leave and she tells her, before leaving, that she chose the wrong side.
At the church, Bárbara and Júlio get involved. The latter says he just wants to forget the heartbreak, but Barbara knows what they mean to each other.
Marcelo comforts Irene, who tells him that Júlio managed to turn Aurora against her. The screenwriter thinks that Irene still has time to be an excellent actress and shine on stage.
