Kosiniak took the opportunity to describe the decision as “important” and described the rapid reaction group as a “coalition of military capabilities for Ukraine.”
The Polish minister, who believes that the force will serve as a “strategic magnet”, highlighted, at a press conference, that the talks between the parties are a “very positive sign of cooperation, friendship and alliance”, according to the Polish news agency PAP .
“In my opinion, the next few months will be crucial for Poland’s security, due to what could happen in Ukraine. We cannot get used to war, we cannot accept it”, highlighted Kosiniak.
For his part, Pistorius assured that Berlin continues to be a great ally of Warsaw and reiterated that Poland and Germany are “strengthening cooperation in ammunition production and offering training to the Ukrainian army”.
