Sit-ups with bicycle
It is an exercise identical to the classic abdominal exercises. In this case, you just have to raise your legs and simulate that you are riding a bicycle.
Sit on the wall
Lean against the wall, keep your back straight and legs bent.
Plank with knee raises
Do a traditional plank and take turns raising your knees to your chest.
Sit-ups with trunk twist
Do the abdominal position. Then, raise your legs and torso a little. Then, turn it both left and right.
