The work was born from an attempt to understand people by the way they eat and will bring, in addition to their conversation on the topic, testimonials from different tribes – the restrictive, the balanced, the curious and those with a childish palate – and their relationship with food.

My relationship with food is antagonistic. Food is my poison and my medicine. It’s not a peaceful relationship. I’m compulsive. I cook for others and I can’t cook for myself or eat naturally. Eating for me is not like breathing, I always need to think. eat me
causes anxiety. I feel like an alcoholic inside the bar. I enjoy watching people eat, but personally I eat very little”, confesses Morena.

“If we have a compulsive drinking habit, for example, we can choose to stop drinking, take
remedy. You can stay away from alcohol like someone who is harmful. But with food we need to create a peaceful relationship, because we will live with it from birth to death.“, contextualizes Arthur.

The book does not yet have a confirmed release date.
