Ingredients:
For the chicken
2 chicken breasts
Olive oil qb
Seasonings to taste
For mass
Spiral dough
1 leek, cut into thin slices
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 small head of chopped broccoli
1 natural or Greek yogurt without added sugar
Olive oil qb
Seasonings (to taste)
salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Oregano
grated cheese qb

Preparation method:
1- Cut the chicken breasts into thin steaks and season to taste.
two- Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a frying pan and cook the chicken until golden on both sides.
3- Then remove it from the pan, let it rest for five minutes and cut into strips.
4- In the same frying pan, add another drizzle of olive oil to the pan and cook the leek, garlic and broccoli.
5- Boil the pasta until ‘al dente’ for about one to two minutes less than the package instructions, drain and set aside.
6- Add the pasta, the vegetable mixture, the chicken and coat everything with the yogurt. Season to taste.
7- Add the grated cheese and place in the preheated oven to brown.
