sEvery time you eat granola, you think you’re sticking to your diet when, in reality, you’re ruining all the work you’ve done. However, most industrialized ones have a highly high sugar content.
With this in mind, nutritionist Maria Travassos shared a recipe for homemade granola, made in the ‘air fryer’.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup puffed rice
Fatty fruits to taste (the nutritionist opted for peanuts)
1 egg white
Chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation method:
1- Beat the egg white until stiff.
two- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, except chocolate chips. Then add the beaten egg white.
3- Place in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180ºC. Stir once halfway through.
4- Finally, add the chocolate chips.
