Ingredients:
16 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
3 ripe avocados
1 cup unsweetened almond drink or coconut milk drink
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt, plus more for garnish
Preparation method:
1- Soak the dates in a cup of hot water for five to 10 minutes. Drain.
two- Process the dates, avocados, almond drink, cocoa, maple syrup (or agave), oil, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Place in the fridge for three hours. Serve more salt on top.
