The Gotowanie website spoke to several experts to understand if there are any disadvantages. “There are no clear studies that demonstrate that aluminum has a direct and very negative impact on our health”, explains Karolina Kowalczyk, specialized in biotechnology.

“There are some findings that it can cause Alzheimer’s disease, some changes in the skeletal system, or that it can affect our cells in the brain, but these are really large amounts of aluminum that are stored in our body for a long time,” he continues.
Karolina Kowalczyk says that pots, pans, glasses, products with salt, sugar and cosmetics can also have a similar problem. “People don’t pay attention to this in everyday life.”
“We don’t grill a sausage or a chicken all night for three or four hours. It only takes half an hour, sometimes 20 minutes,” he continues. He also states that the use of an aluminum tray overcomes the possible risks that may exist, as there are also the risks of smoking and grilling directly over the flame.
