Zeekr Extreme Kryton X electric car is being “investigated”
Apparently, without human intervention, the Zeekr Extreme Kryton X shot out of the place where it was displayed and ran over five visitors. Fortunately, despite the apparatus, the victims of the accident only suffered minor injuries, but the scenario could have been different, as the car advanced out of control.
As mentioned, the Zeekr Extreme Kryton X is not an autonomous car and the brand has already announced that it will carry out a recall to evaluate all vehicles that have already been delivered to customers. According to what was revealed by the brand, the electric vehicle was also without a key (but apparently the keys were nearby) and someone must have sat in it and must have pressed some buttons, causing the vehicle to move.
In addition to people running over, the Zeekr Extreme Kryton X also collided with other branded cars that were on display. The brand also mentioned that the electric vehicles were not parked in “display” mode, but rather parked in normal comfort mode.
