Bruna Marquezine commented on rumors of dating actor Xolo Maridueña, who plays Miguel Diaz in the Netflix series ‘Cobra Kai’.
It was in a conversation with Giovanna Ewbank and Fernanda Paes Leme, on the podcast ‘Quem pode, pod’, that the Brazilian actress said: “He [Xolo Maridueña] is one of my best friends today”.
The 21-year-old American actor was in Brazil in August to get to know the country with the help of Marquezine. The two were even photographed together in Angra dos Reis, on the Costa Verde, leading fans to speculate about a possible relationship.
“In a little while he will be in Brazil again! He loves cheese bread, açaí… His favorite food is chicken. And then I asked my mother to make him chicken with okra and angu. He loved it! ate so much”, said the actress, assuring that she will soon receive a new visit from her friend.

More recently, the Brazilian actress starred in a promotional video for the 5th season of ‘Cobra Kai’. The images motivated a new exchange of comments between Marquezine and the actor and the affection with which they treat each other again increased the rumors.
Bruna Marquezine and Xolo Maridueña recently worked together on a new ‘DC Comics’ movie, ‘Blue Beetle’, set to premiere in August 2023.
