Liam Gallagher wants to reverse the damage that years of partying, drugs and alcohol have done to his body.
The 51-year-old musician admitted that he didn’t mind not taking care of himself when he was younger, but that he has now given up alcohol, tobacco and drugs, in an attempt to ‘turn back time’, trying to get healthier.
“We need to undo all the bad work I did by losing my mind and everything. It’s time to undo everything and get back to reality”, he began by saying, in an interview with The Sun.
“All those things I thought were fun in the beginning… now it’s time to get healthy.
As we grow older we realize that life is precious. When we are younger, we don’t care. But as we get older…”, he continued, explaining that he looks at life differently these days.
