“Big Brother 2024”. Nelson Fernandes has already been interviewed by Cristina Ferreira: watch the video!

Nelson Fernandes has been, since this Sunday, the 24th, a contestant on “Big Brother 2024″. Graduated in Physical Education, the new resident of the most monitored house in the country opened a gym specializing in physical preparation and rehabilitation, in Póvoa de Varzim, working with people with motor disabilities and high-competition athletes.

In October 2019, Nelson Fernandes was interviewed by Cristina Ferreira, on the now-defunct “O Programa da Cristina”, on SIC, to talk about the project “Segue o Teu Sonho”, through which he helps people with motor disabilities. On this occasion, there were many shares made by him, on Instagram, about the meeting with the current Director of Entertainment and Fiction at TVI and host of the morning show “Dois à 10”, conducted together with Cláudio Ramos.

The current participant of the reality show from the Queluz de Baixo station, he has already been on other television programs to talk about his professional aspect. In August 2020, for example, he spoke with Mónica Jardim on TVI’s previous afternoon show, “A Tarde é Sua”.

Almost four years later, Nelson Fernandes competes for “Big Brother 2024”. Born in Canada, he came to Portugal at the age of eight, residing in Póvoa de Varzim.

Today, he is 34 years old and, behind him, he hides a complicated adolescence. She suffered from obesity, faced bullying and is very proud of her upward trajectory and her story of overcoming. With exercise and a healthy diet, lost 33 kilos and became a bodybuilding athlete.
