Rita Ferro Rodrigues is living a remarkable experience. The presenter traveled to Dubai with her children. On her Instagram page, the public figure highlighted the activities that occupied her second day in the city, which not only fascinated her but also led her to moments of reflection.
“Today the day began at the incredible Museum of the Future, where we opened our mouths with delight (and concern) at the amazing and terrible things technological evolution and the human species can have. The message is there: it’s up to us to use the brain to save the beautiful planet we live on”, he begins by describing.
“After this reflection, we went to the classic Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) where a ‘supersonic’ elevator climbs 163 floors in… 60 seconds. And you don’t feel a thing!”, he continues.
“In the afternoon we went by boat to the Souk in the old part of the city to immerse ourselves in the shine of silver and gold, in the sweet and warm smells of spices and candied fruits, in the exotic perfumes that characterize the region. Sandalwood, flowers, cinnamon, everything smells well”, he says.
“At sunset, we joined the Muslim community again for the first meal to break the fast and (…) we talked about the history and culture of the country, asking all the questions we wanted on all subjects, without restrictions. very interesting experience and the kids loved it. The meal was absolutely divine”, he adds.
