‘Vidas’ was with the CMTV presenter in Alentejo.

The tranquility of his Alentejo hill was Rui Oliveira’s best advisor for his big debut as presenter of the CMTV program ‘Manhã CM’, which took place on March 18th. “I preferred to spend the week in Alentejo because the contact with nature, with animals, the day-to-day routines in the countryside are a source of peace, helping me calm my nerves, but also because I took the opportunity to put on a series of matters to catch up, both related to work out in the field and the administrative part. I took the opportunity to get everything in order, before throwing myself completely into this new challenge”explained Rui Oliveira to ‘Vidas’.
Aware of the new responsibilities, the presenter confesses that it is inevitable to feel some nervousness: “These are redoubled expectations that fall on me and I don’t want to let anyone feel bad or do badly for me.”
A concern that the debut soon proved had little reason to exist. “The first program went very well, fortunately. The ratings were good and I made a point of speaking to the team, to get their opinion. Everyone told me that it was lively, well-paced and relaxed”he states enthusiastically.
The trips to the hill that ‘Vidas’ has now visited will have to be reserved for the weekends. “We have a collaborator who does a lot of things, but I can only do everything else during my days off.“, explained Rui Oliveira
