The British Katie Woolls, 25 years old, caught the attention of internet users by sharing details of her routine as a 2.04 meter tall woman. On her Instagram profile, she shares with her more than 700,000 followers her difficulties and frustrations when carrying out everyday tasks.
In one of the videos, Katie revealed that sometimes she just wanted to be a girl with an average height. “I’m a 2.04 tall woman, not very common for a normal girl. And everywhere I go, people stare at me. Sometimes I just want to go unnoticed, but it’s a really difficult task.” , regrets.
She also said that she has difficulty relating to men because they are not comfortable with her height. “A lot of men feel intimidated by my height. So dating turns out to be a very difficult task. Finding clothes that fit me is practically impossible. They just don’t fit me. My legs are really long.”
Using transport is also not an easy task for the English woman. “When I take an Uber, I always have to ask for a very large car so that my legs can fit in the car. This also happens when I need to travel by plane. I always have to choose seats with more room for my legs.”
The young woman still remembers that during her childhood and adolescence it was not easy. She was a frequent target of jokes from her colleagues and on the street. “People stared, laughed, pointed and made fun of me. She was often mistaken for a much older person.”
