Meghan Markle is about to release two new documentaries on the Netflix streaming platform. And, as a way of promoting both productions, they were sent small jars of homemade jams for various public figures.
Charlotte Griffiths, an expert on royal affairs, finds it strange that Netflix chose this method of promotion, as the Duchess of Sussex does not have many people close to her, as she tends to “abandon your friends, the people you get along with as soon as they stop being useful”.
The most recent example is Jessica Mulroney, who “gave in” his children for the wedding of the Dukes of Sussex, but he stopped being part of Prince Harry’s companion’s circle of friends as soon as he made a mistake. “In this case, Meghan thought Jessica was making her career as a designer at her expense.”noted the specialist. “She is a strategist with her friends. As soon as they are no longer useful, as happened with the cast of the series ‘Suits’, she puts them aside, forgets they exist, blocks their number from the list and, in some cases , erase them completely from your life”he finished.
It should be remembered that these projects are the result of a million-dollar agreement between the dukes and the streaming service, worth more than 100 million euros.
