The dancers from country singer Leonardo’s artistic team went public to refute the criticism they are receiving from internet users. Even though they stated that they wear panties during shows last Sunday (29), they continue to be the target of negative comments.
Some of the dancers used social media to say that the video that went viral on the web was manipulated by AI (artificial intelligence). “Seriously, can’t you see that our sunkini was erased?” argued Marissol Dias, one of the professionals. Sunkinis are a mix of swim trunks and bikinis with a seam juxtaposed to the body.
“If it’s bothering you, it would be your problem alone. No one cares about anything you say, because our salary is falling just fine. We’re working, pretty little thing. As for you [internauta] He has too much time left to care about us. Go to work, and you will see how wonderful it is to have money left over at the end of the month, instead of just having an opinion”, added Marissol.
Another dancer, Camila Luana, mocked speculation that they were naked. “It’s the lifting that we do. It’s for disappearing. I think it’s for the tongue too. Try it! It’ll be good for the universe”, she mocked.
In addition to the dancers, Leonardo was criticized. Some internet users stated that the singer hypersexualizes professionals and encourages the objectification of women even when they are working. The countryman did not comment on the controversy.
