The Municipal Health Department released another schedule of High Quality Vaccination Activities (AVAQ). The strategy aims to update the routine vaccination records of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. To this end, the vaccination team from the Undersecretariat of Health Surveillance will be from 9am to 4pm in five different neighborhoods throughout the week.
This Monday (18), the team will be at the Basic Health Unit (UBS) of the Baleeira community. On Tuesday (19), at the Basic Family Health Unit (UBSF) in Morro do Coco. On Wednesday (20), at the Basic Family Health Unit (UBSF) of Santos Dumont and, on Thursday (21), at the Basic Family Health Unit (UBSF) of Parque Rodoviário. On Friday (22) it will be the turn of the Basic Family Health Unit (UBSF) in Três Vendas.
The available vaccines are recommended by the National Immunization Program (PNI). They are: Meningococcal C, Pentavalent, Hepatitis A and B, Inactivated Polio (VIP), Oral Polio (OPV), Rotavirus, Pneumo 10, MMR, Adult Diphtheria and Tetanus, Adult Tetanus (dT), DTP, quadrivalent HPV, Meningococcal ACWY, Yellow Fever. Vaccines against Covid-19 will also be administered.
All people over 2 months of age can take the vaccines, following the criteria for each age group. For routine vaccinations, it is necessary to present a photo ID, CPF, SUS card and possession of a vaccination card. For those who will take the vaccine against Covid-19, it is also necessary to bring the document containing the previous doses.
