The 4th edition of Rua de Brincar was a great success. Held last Saturday, 23rd, at the Centro Social Urbano (CSU), the event brought together a large audience. In addition to recreation for children, other services were also made available to adults, including guidance with Procon Arapongas, presence of the Electoral Forum team, OAB Subsection Arapongas, Legal Practices Center (NPJ) at Anhanguera Campus Arapongas, in addition to the Room of the Entrepreneur with the project “My First Job”. The opportunity was attended by municipal secretaries, including the Government Secretary, Rafael Cita, who also represented Mayor Sérgio Onofre, and councilors from the allied base, including the Early Childhood Education teacher and president of the Early Childhood Commission, Marcelo Junio. “These are initiatives that bring public services closer to the population. In addition to encouraging recreation for our children. Actions that serve different age groups”, highlighted the secretary, Rafael Cita.
Recreation
The initiative is part of the Early Childhood Project, aimed at protecting and defending children’s rights – from gestation to six years of age, through the integration of the departments of Education, Social Assistance, Health, Administration and Development, Labor and Income, in addition to the Municipal Intersectoral Early Childhood Committee, a specialized group composed of representatives from Education, Social Assistance, CMDCA Health and the Guardianship Council. “Through play, children express their feelings, learn, build, explore, think, share and move. Furthermore, they demonstrate joy in moments of playfulness and satisfaction with life”, said the general coordinator of the Intersectoral Municipal Committee for Early Childhood and councilor, Marcelo Junio. The children and their families participated in games such as: tug of war, musical chairs, hopscotch, chess, stilt racing, hula hoops, handkerchiefs, ping-pong, skipping rope and badminton.
